Ticket Sales
There are two ticket offices at Hartwall Areena.

One ticket office is located in the upper yard of Hartwall Areena (below the Sonera satellite dish). It is open only on event days.

On weekdays, it opens at 16:00 (ice-hockey) or half an hour before the doors will be opened (concert) and closes one hour after the event has started. On weekends, it opens half an hour before the doors will be opened and closes one hour after the event has started.

The other ticket office is located inside Hartwall Areena. See service point for ticket sales on non-event days

Doors to Hartwall Areena open 1,5 hours prior to event time (includes entrance to ticket offices, cafés and restaurants. Please check always the event times and when the doors will be opened from your ticket).

Hartwall Areena does not have ticket selling by phone.

Tickets are delivered either by mail or by e-mail (print at home tickets) after payment is received. Payment is by credit card (Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard) or by bank giro. Please note there is a 1,97 €/booking service fee and a local telephone charge as well.
