How long do events or concerts last / when do they finish? -All information regarding events and concerts can be found from our Events page. The duration of an event can vary, due to intermission and/or starting delays. Remember to check your ticket for starting times. And we always inform of updates via our web pages. How do I get to Hartwall Areena? -Hartwall Areena is easily accessible with public transportation. By train, it is just a short 7-minute walk from the Pasila station. Trams 7A and B stop in front of the Helsinki Fair Centre, and from there it is a 10-minute walk to the arena. Bus lines 57 and 22 also stop nearby. Check the timetables from the HKL web pages. If you arrive by car, there are several parking possibilities. How do I get tickets to events at Hartwall Areena? -Tickets for all events can be purchased from any Lippupalvelu or Lippupiste ticket service outlet or from the online service. There is a ticket office inside the arena and it opens 2 hours prior to event time, or 2.5 hours prior to an ice hockey face-off. For exact location, look at the map You can also purchase tickets from the Areena Service Point, located next to Hesburger. Opening hours are M-F 10.00-16.00 Reserved tickets ordered from Lippupalvelu or Lippupiste can be picked up from select R-Kiosk locations. For a list of participating kiosks, go to www.r-kioski.fi [ Is there a parking facility / how much does it cost? -There is a parking hall adjacent to Hartwall Areena. For event parking, the fee is 6€ and is collected before driving into the lot. For non-event parking, use the hourly meters. What is the height of the parking structure? -The parking hall is max 2 meters high. Can I use a bank debit card / credit card to pay for parking? -"Cash only" for both metered and event parking. Can I reserve a table for an event / and how? -Table reservations are recommended, as space is limited. There is a wide selection of restaurants to choose from – one for every taste. To make a reservation, contact Restel: (0)20 419 4101 What is the temperature of the arena during a concert? -The temperature inside Hartwall Areena varies. Floor seating is generally cooler at 20 degrees / first level 21 degrees / third level 23 degrees. During ice hockey matches, the temperature hovers at 17 degrees on the lower level / 19 degrees on the upper level. We suggest you wear a jacket during all ice hockey matches! Is there a coat check during events? -There are self-service coat checks in all restaurants except for Golden Star Café. Hartwall Areena does provide a temporary coat check area during concerts, but not during ice hockey or family events. When there is a coat check, the fee is 2,50€ Is there an automatic bank teller machine (ATM) at the arena? - There are no ATMs inside Hartwall Areena. The nearest ATM is in the Pasila train station. Does the arena take bank debit cards / credit cards? -You can pay with a bank debit card or credit card at all restaurants and merchandise points. Please note, you cannot overdraw money. The following Restel arena restaurants take Visa-Electron: Golden Star Café, Silver Star Café and Platinum. As do these participating fast food service points: Ice Dragon, Coffee Shop and The Jokers. Disney Ice Show; Disney mercandice shops do not take bank debit cards or credit cards. International Horse Show; mercandice shops do not take bank debit cards or credit cards. When will my favorite band play Hartwall Areena? -Hopefully your favorite band will perform soon! We try our best to bring top acts and events to Hartwall Areena. Always check with our EVENTS page for updates to the event schedule. From there you will find a list of all confirmed events. Remember that local performances are part of an overall tour, so it is not always easy to coordinate with the event promoter. If I suffer from altitude-sickness, will I dread sitting in the upper balcony? -The upper balcony bleachers sit 21 meters above the arena floor level. We suggest you take this into account when booking tickets. Can I use a camera during performances at Hartwall Areena? -Use of amateur photography is forbidden. Press photography can be arranged in advance through the event organizer. All photography questions/permissions has to go through organizer. Are there diaper-changing facilities in any of the WCs? -There are diaper-changing facilities on the Skybox levels, as well as in the first floor women's rooms. Doors are marked accordingly! |
