BO KASPERS ORKESTER AND EVA DAHLGREN PLAY HARTWALL AREENA IN AUGUST The Swedish favourites Bo Kaspers Orkester and Eva Dahlgren will come to Finland in August for their two never-seen-before concerts that they do together. Both will play their own full-lenght sets at the concerts. In Helsinki Bo Kaspers Orkester and Eva Dahlgren will play at Hartwall Areena on Monday 19th August. Areena will be transformed into 3000 people amphitheatre so that the audience will be able to feel the intimacy and get close to the artists. The day after Helsinki concert Bo Kaspers Orkester and Eva Dahlgren perform at Linnan Juhlat concert evening series at Logomo, Turku. The ticket sales for both concerts start on Friday 14th June. .

SOUNDGARDEN TO FINLAND IN SEPTEMBER Having put grunge on the world map in 1990’s, Soundgarden will arrive to Finland this autumn. The band released their first album in sixteen years last year, called “King Animal”. With a new album on its belt Soundgarden will embark on a major tour and come to play in Helsinki’s Hartwall Areena on Wednesday 4th September. The ticket sales start in Lippupalvelu and Tiketti on Monday 13th May. Soundgarden became known as one of the most successful grunge bands, formed in 1984 in Seattle, the hometown of grunge. The band became known from their heavy and gloomy riffs mixed with surrealistic psychedelia and the wide vocal range of Chris Cornell. The band consists of Chris Cornell (song, guitar), Kim Thayil (guitar), Ben Shepherd (bass) and Matt Cameron (drums). .

SERJ TANKIAN

Serj Tankian comes to Finland as a part of his orchestral tour. The multitalented singer/songwriter Serj Tankian releases his first symphony album “Orca” in June. “Orca” mix influences from early 20th century composers with modern film compositional dynamics showing influences ranging from Ennio Morricone to Philip Glass. The concert takes place in special surroundings, when Hartwall Areena will be created into an intimate theatre-like venue with the stage being in the middle of the stall. This way the audience gets exceptionally close to the artist at Hartwall Areena. Upon completion of System of a Down’s summer touring in August, the singer commences his own solo orchestral tour. Serj Tankian performs at Hartwall Arena with 52 piece symphony orchestra in the 29th of November. .

There is no replacement date for the concert. The tickets can be returned to the outlet where the tickets were purchased. Live Nation apologises for the inconvenience. BLACK SABBATH KICKS OFF THEIR EUROPEAN TOUR FROM HELSINKI IN NOVEMBER Heavy metal legend Black Sabbath starts their European tour from Helsinki on November 20th after releasing their anticitipated album “13” in June. Featuring the original line-up of Ozzy Osbourne, Tony Iommi and Geezer Butler and produced by the multi-Grammy winning Rick Rubin, ‘13‘ is the band’s first studio album since 1978’s ‘Never Say Die’.
